It was a prebuilt system with 2 day delivery but took longer to arrive than if I had ordered a custom built system. The system arrived with the latch broken off of the PCIe slot and the video card hanging above the slot. More packing material might have kept the video card from moving so much. I thought there would be more items in the box like manuals and all the other miscellaneous parts and cables that are supplied to the customer when making the system, but were not used. Luckily I had an extra SATA data cable so I could add a large secondary SDD. I don't even have the make and the model numbers of the the parts used so I can check for updates, drivers ans specs.

On the day I placed my order, I had written in to customer service / sales to ask whether the motherboard in the system I was purchasing contained 2 DIMM slots of 4 DIMM slots, because the pictures on the site were not large/detailed enough to tell, and there are many variations of the motherboard. I received a fast response, saying it was a 2 DIMM board, but when it arrived, there were actually 4 DIMMS. I wasted money purchasing larger DIMMs from a 3rd party due to this bad info from sales. Mistakes happen, I get it, but it should have been easy to look up and verify. My system arrived in a soaking wet box. This was UPS's fault, and I videotaped the entire unboxing fearing the system inside would be unusable. It turned out the system was dry, but there was still damage unrelated to the water. The rear part of the metal case was sticking out / bent about 1/2 inch from the rest of the frame. The video card was hanging 90% out of its slot. The metal bracket on the video card was bent roughly 20 degrees away from the rest of the card. There was a broken piece of plastic in the bottom of the case, which apparently is supposed to hold the video card onto the motherboard. The bottom front fan does not spin, although its rgb leds light up. I am very disappointed with how the computer was either assembled or shipped. The video card should have been shipped uninstalled or with some type of support. The fans should all have been checked for function prior to shipping. I do like the overall appearance of the system, and the performance is good for the price, but I'd have serious reservations about purchasing again due to quality control and or packaging practices.

The best deal on a prebuilt out at the moment imo, an I7 12th gen and a 6700 xt for this price? I couldn't build the same for cheaper. Its a great platform to upgrade from, love the gigabyte MoBo with dual m.2 inputs, makes it easy and painless to add more storage. Ram is also the easiest thing to upgrade on a pc. The PC runs great, haven't seen a core temp above 60C with the air cooler included. Also love that this PC comes with NO BLOATWARE. Thanks Cyberpowerpc.com.
