The PC is doing great so far. I love how it’s easy to navigtate to personally customize the PC and compare the price and the rankings. I hope there will be more deals to draw in for more potential buyers. Prices are reasonable and lower than other pc websites that don’t have many options like this one. Overall I’m satisfied with my PC investment and hope to make purchases in the future.

Fast processing, I like the customization that's offered. Add-on accessory/deals are great. Tight wiring. Airflow on this case is really nice, thumb screws suck, my only complaint. I'll see you again down the road. Thanks.

I love the PC I ordered and the PC works fine. But the monitor I got keeps flickering and sometimes goes black for about 2 seconds randomly. I don't know what the issue is and why it's doing that. My old monitor does not do this. Is there anyway tech support can help me troubleshoot?

Great service and turn around time. A friend ordered from elsewhere and it took 6 weeks to get his PC. Mine took about 2 weeks. It was amazing!

I’ve been a customer for years. I think this might be my 5th or 6th PC from you? There’s a reason. You don’t need this guys money - I could buy elsewhere and you’d never notice. It’s the product, ease of buying, any customization desired, and the service. You are the first place I look and the last place I look, and buy, every time. I rarely have had an issue but when I did, resolved painlessly - and in the tech sector, that’s rare. Thank you for all the things you continue to get right.

Everything was great regarding your company. The PC is running fine. I didn't realize to check the light cables. I built a computer in the early 2000s and the case is so much nicer. UPS gave me a wide window for delivery and missed it by 90 minutes. I'm glad I didn't take the off of work, and glad I didn't miss them when I had to pick up my kid. There was a ding in the box, though the computer was undamaged.

Part of the reason I'm a return customer that has purchased a number of systems from CyberPowerPC is that it's very easy to build exactly what I want using the website. It won't let me build a system with incompatible hardware and the cost of the build is provided in real time as I choose and change components. I know that there are competing websites that do similar things, but I don't find them to be as intuitive or as easy to use. In years past, I've never had to engage CyberPowerPC's customer service because I never had a reason to. For this purchase, I had a peripheral crushed during shipping. I contacted CyberPowerPC through their chat feature on the website, provided a picture of the crushed item, and a within a minute or two was told that a replacement is being shipped out. I'm not sure how I could get better service than that. The only downside I can think of is the time it takes to get my purchase when I design a custom build. However, they're up front about timing and always either hit the estimate or come very close. It's just hard to have patience when I'm so excited about a new computer, and it's not their fault that I'm on the east coast and they're on the west coat.

I was frustrated that I could not build a custom computer from scratch but had to choose a "pre-built" system that I could then go back into and customize, which seemed to take more time to do than if I could put together my own custom build from scratch. I was also surprised and a little peeved that I could not make a small adjustment to my custom engraving font style *before* my order was even being processed or built. Why was it so impossible to make that tiny adjustment to the order within 24 hours of placing it, especially if it would take two solid weeks before my order was literally being put together? Thankfully, I was more frustrated with the shopping and ordering processes at Cyberpower PC than I was with the actual product I received!

Overall great experience with your team and the updates throughout the buying experience. They only down side i have is the cable management wasn’t the best one of the header cable got wrapped in my aio fan on start. Other than that the start up process and over quality of the packaging and product was outstanding definitely would recommend to a friend.
