The only reason it is not a 5 is because the brand of Geforce RTX 4090 was not specified prepurchase. Instead, you had to wait for an invoice which is sent after the computer is packaged and shipped. Perhaps letting people know which RTX 4090 you'll be getting is good. It would have been a 5 if it was specified and a 5+ if people were able to choose. Overall happy with it and I'm still happy with my "lower end" version of the 4090 because the price is hundreds cheaper than other prebuilt sites with same configuration such as Build Redux. Other computer customization settings were also very good.

The computer had graphics card that is apparently faulty. Tech support was quick to reach and talk to someone and diagnose the issue. A RMA was issued for a new replacement card BUT, the RMA status is a big question mark. I have sent an email inquiring on the status but there has been no reply. Shouldn't the RMA process be handled by the same automated system that tracks the computer build process? That was so convenient and reassuring to see my computer go through the wearhouse, building, and shipping process with updated status emails and UPS tracking. The RMA process should be the same. As it is right now, I have no idea if or when my replacement card will be sent. If it has been sent, I have not received a UPS tracking number. Thanks, Jeff Roland
