Has been a while since I built a computer and decided it was time to treat myself and go for an upgrade. Previous computer is an i7-5390K with a 1080 TI and some other bells and whistles. I've been keeping track of prices on parts for a new computer, and the Spring Sale finally gave me a price point I liked, so I made the move to finally get a new PC -- I also fell in love with the Hyte Y60 case I saw on the splash page. Computer was shipped promptly and came faster than expected. It came safe and secure with foam inserts keeping everything in place. I inspected it as soon as I received it. Checked the cables and was glad to see how well constructed the kit was from front to back. No corners were cut, and everything was at it should be. Powered it up, and everything has been great. Since I've been away from PC gaming for so long, I've been hunting for games to push the PC to its limits. Played Death Stranding on it and was getting 240 fps with a 6900 XTX. Still working on tuning it and setting Windows 11 to my liking.

Great build at a decent price!!!! I got everything I ordered and didnt have to wait a month. Only a few hiccups, I wanted a different case that they were out of stock on and it took talking to 3 different support people to figure that out. One of the hoses in the water cooling loop was ran in such away that it is kinked almost closed, I plan on changing my cases anyways and will fix it then but it definitely should have been caught by Quality Control and fixed before shipping. And finally the shipping... this isnt really Cyberpowers fault, but UPS is horrendous. I paid for 3 day shipping and got the computer on the 6th day. I also had to call UPS customer support as the driver never stopped at my house (but the tracking said receiver wasnt available) to make the driver turn around. And the driver admitted he drove past on purpose so he could keep my computer since the logos on the box told him what it was. The only thing Cyberpower could do better here is to make their outer box plain instead of having their logo and PC component logos all over it.

For me this was the best computer buying experience possible. I pick out all of the individual components from the processor to the case from a very large selection of options. I get to do customization. I place the order and in the same week the computer arrives. Everything about the new machine is "perfect". CyberpowerPC does it right.

I did do some customization beyond the default selected product, but, I was able to have a great experience and after receiving my computer it runs amazing.
