The unit I received was well crafted and clean. It contained the entirety of what was ordered including partnered deals. It functioned 100% on boot, performance and temps are both solid after a week. Cable management is top notch and everything just works. Windows 11 pro was loaded and ready to go with new user experience. My only gripe which is very small was not getting the extra included mounting hardware that comes with the MOBO. When adding a second NVME drive no screws were available.

Everything from start to finish purchasing the PC was somewhat great. Computer arrived with a couple issues but the technical support on Discord were able to correct the issue fairly quickly. The reason I rate a 4 and not a 5 is because I didn't get the graphics I wanted due to it being on backorder but when I was customizing my PC it didn't state the GPU was on backorder. Because I needed my computer quickly, I was unable to wait and had to settle for a different GPU. Also, I've read horror stories about my power supply after I bought my PC on the technical support thread on discord. Apparently, the supply can be faulty and its a known issue but it's still being sold so everyday I'm paranoid that my computer won't boot up. Other than those issues, I've got to say I'm pretty happy with my purchase? I don't know. I guess time will tell. However, the service so far, shipping and handling was impeccable. Thank you!
