Firstly, I want to say I am very happy with my machine. The technician who built my machine did an excellent job with the cable management and overall care. All screws were tight, wires bundled, and done neatly. A few improvements: I' like to have all the manuals and documentation included. I didn't have any manuals. Many parts were sent that I didn't know what they were- example: GPU magnetic support for keeping the card from sagging. I had to go online and find this out. Please include these manuals/warranty cards etc... Also on the software side: BIOS should have been updated and XMP should have been enabled- it wasn't. The WD Black drives should have been updated to latest firmware - one of them was-, but the software wasn't installed. Overall, I am very happy and will recommend Cyber Power. This is my second PC from you, and my stepson just ordered one because of my recommendation. Machine is running well so far. Thank you Cyberpower! - Jim Halpin

I loved how configurable everything was and how easy it was to chose the exact parts I wanted for this PC. Overall, I'm insanely happy with my purchase and this machine is an absolute beast. I have it set up with (3) monitors coming off the (3) display port outputs on the 4090 and it hums along just fine whether I'm running Revit and AutoCAD for work or the flavor of the week FPS for play. VMs can get their fair share of RAM and still leave plenty for my system to chew up. The case is large, so make sure you have space for it and can still leave space on the sides, top, and back for air intake/exhaust as it has fans all over the place. I had to rethink my desk arrangement to accommodate this, but it was worth it. A few things of note: - The mouse that comes with it is not great and the buttons squeak every time you click, which is annoying, so I just tossed the thing. It was free, though, so I can't really complain. - The RGB can be controlled with the ASUS Aura Creator suite, but that's not pre-installed, so if you want to control it you need to install that software separately (other software may work as well, but Aura is the one I'm familiar with so that's what I ended up using)

Got the PC and easy hook up, also got a monitor and chair. The Mic was on back order but is now on it's way. All in all, I am pleased. I wanted to get back to streaming and this is set and ready for me to jump back in.
